Soulful Sleep Meditation

Three stones balanced on each other

Before we begin your soulful sleep meditation, let’s set up your sleeping space in a way that creates a soulful place for you to rest and renew.

  • First, turn off all electrical devices. If you need to fall asleep listening to something, use a battery powered device that can play nature sounds or even the sound of a fan.
  • Make the room a comfortable temperature and limit eating and drinking that’s close to bedtime.
  • Take a warm bath or shower as a way to prepare for sleep. Water is relaxing and healing.
  • Add some magnesium bath salts to detox your body before bed.
  • Remove “to do” lists or work related reminders so they’re not visible during your sleep hours.
  • If you need a pillow that’s more comfortable, make that happen so you feel tucked in and comfortable during your sleep hours.

Two Tips To Sleeping Better That Are Connected To The Astral World & Psychic Attacks:

1: Did you know that you can astral travel in your sleep? Once you’re on track with a restful sleep pattern, learning more about the astral world can help you sleep better. Especially if you’re having nightmares.

2: If you feel like you’re not yourself these days, a psychic attack may be impacting your sleep. You have a lot of control in this area once you know what’s going on and why.

Here’s a soulful sleep meditation to help you connect with your soul and relax before bedtime:

Find a comfortable position in your bed, lying on your back with your arms by your sides.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths in through your nose, allowing your lungs to fill with fresh air. Exhale slowly, letting go of any tension or stress.

Next, begin relaxing each part of your body, starting with your toes. Feel warmth moving through your toes, releasing any tension. Move this relaxation up through your feet, ankles, and slowly up through your entire body.

With each breath, feel a wave of relaxation washing over you.

Breathe deeply and slowly, then visualize a soft light surrounding your body. Notice the color of the light.

This light represents the pure, calming energy of your soul. Picture it expanding with each breath, creating a cocoon of tranquility around you.

Next, let any racing or stressful thoughts float away. Instead, focus on gratitude. Imagine a gentle stream of healing energy flowing through you, clearing away any mind clutter.

As you become relaxed, imagine yourself in a serene natural setting. It could be a peaceful beach, tranquil forest, or a breezy meadow. Surround yourself with the beauty of nature, feeling at peace.

Imagine a soft glow in the center of your chest and feel this as a connection to your soul, the core of who you are. With each breath, let this connection strengthen, deepening your relaxation.

Take a few moments to focus on gratitude for the current day that is passing. Staying in the moment of now.

Continue breathing deeply with a slow rhythm.

Feel the gentle rhythm of your breath as you drift into deep relaxation.

Allowing yourself to surrender to the peacefulness of the moment.

Carry this sense of tranquility with you as you sleep. Know that your soul is always with you, guiding you.

Trust the wisdom within your soul and embrace a restful, rejuvenating night’s sleep.

Take a few more deep breaths, until you carry the sense of calm with you into your dreams and restful sleep.

Good night.
